Our client sells and services some of the most prestigious vehicle brands in the world and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Executive at their Colchester dealership.  You will learn all aspects of selling quality vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales process environment.

THE ROLE
In the role of Trainee Sales Executive, you will learn how
* to achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels
* to achieve all the key performance standards
* to provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.

THE PERSON
The role of Trainee Sales Executive is very hands-on and the person appointed will have / be:
* Determined and have high levels of personal drive
* A genuine desire to become a successful sales professional
* Able to work and commit to a self development plan
* The ability to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
* Flexible and have a GSoH
* Good administration skills
*A full valid UK Driving Licence is essential
