Term: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:45am-6:00pm with day off in the week, Every other Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm

Automotive Business Manager Required in Essex.

The opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional individual who has a strong working knowledge of F&I to join our client's successful motor trade team as a Business Manager.

Key Success Criteria:
* Sales volumes and margins on finance, mechanical breakdown, warranty and credit protection insurance products
* Cash sale conversions
* Customer satisfaction
* Customer retention (e.g. new sales to existing customers)
* Team working across the Centre

Highly organised, you will be able to demonstrate the very highest levels of customer satisfaction and interaction.

Both exciting and challenging, this position is for an exceptional, highly motivated Automotive Business Manager, with Finance and Insurance sales experience.

An ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with our customers, and other team members is essential.

Motor Trade experience is essential.
