Senior Recruitment Consultant – Romford

This highly successful multi location recruiter is expanding in line with increased client demand and is now seeking an additional talented individual to help grow their existing Romford Office.
As a senior consultant you will be expected to lead from the front with sales in this 360 recruitment role and will be targeted on your own personal desk revenue.
In addition to a generous basic salary and good benefits you will receive excellent bonus based on a tiered percentage of Desk GP, uncapped with no starting threshold.
To be suitable your will need to have significant previous recruitment experience, ideally in the local market. You will be very sales focused, extremely client facing and have a strong personality with a winning attitude.
