RGN
36 hours per week, flexible day/night, the shifts are:-

8 - 2
2 - 8
8 - 8 (most common)

£12 per hour

Experience should be Care Homes, general nursing and Dementia if possible.

Standard checks e.g. Passport, Driving licence, Pin number and CRB

Job Description

My client has two positions available for qualified nurses, RGN to join their nursing home in Dagenham. If you are passionate about excellent standards of care and ensuring the highest standards, we want to hear from you.

The Role


•To assess our residents care needs, to provide 1st class nursing care and to direct the team of care staff to provide high standards.

•To accurately develop, review and maintain records on a daily basis.
Work within NMC guidelines & company policy.

•Administer prescribed medicines and audit adherence to Company policies. Participate in Staff and Client meetings

•Supervise, develop, and instruct junior and new staff members to achieve best practice.


To be considered for this position you will need to have:


• A RGN qualification with experience of working within the elderly care/dementia care setting.


• An understanding of the Care Standards Act and accompanying National Minimum Standards.

• A positive team working approach coupled with good communication skills.
