Job Description
FIX Application Support Analyst urgently required to work in the City of London.
The role will be providing technical support to Order Execution System, FIX Production support and monitoring FIX routes orders to various exchanges, MTF\'s, broker and between various in-house systems. Monitor for trade problems and initiate follow-up actions, Test and implement new software releases and configurations from both internal and external developers. The ideal candidate will have graduated with an Academic education in Information Technology and a proven technology background working with Financial Information Exchange (FIX) Technologies. Knowledge of Exchange Traded Technologies an understanding of Buy Side initiatives (is preferred).
Technical Skills:
Experience supporting O/S including Windows/Vista/XP, Unix, SQL, An understanding of Proxy Servers, LANS/WANS/VPN & Market data feeds
