Job Description
We require a specialist that can join our team in a project that involves working with a financial services team of a retailer to define the digital strategy for the business.
Work will focus on how the online and mobile channels can be used to maximise sales and servicing of the financial solutions that the retailer provides.
The key deliverables will work will be:
- An online strategy for the FS team
- A review of the existing capabilities of the business and what changes are required to maximise the delivery of the strategy
- A high-level roadmap for next steps
- A benefits case
Essential experience:
- Must have experience of working in retail financial services on the online side of the business
- Must have experience of working in a retail environment
- Must be able to show experience of working both at the strategic level and also in terms of implementing solutions
- Must have knowledge of both online and mobile
- Must be able to work under own initiative at senior levels within the organisation
Desirable experience:
- Working within the FS team of a retailer
- Line management experience in charge of the online team within a retailer or a financial services business
