Job Description
The role is to provide a professional and efficient Account Handling service to all Corporate clients taking account of their individual requirements.
Specific responsibilities:
Maximise income growth of each allocated account at renewal and throughout the year
Produce client renewal reports and other documentation in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures
Deal with all day to day non-claims enquiries from your clients
Be aware at all times of the service requirements of and commitments to each of your clients and fulfil them to the best of your ability
Maintain accurate and up to date records for each client
Ensure that points of action arising out of client meetings are followed up promptly
Ensure premium payments are received from clients within insurer credit periods
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Good Commercial Insurance understanding
Excellent customer service skills
First class organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
Confident interpersonal skills
